Last Saturday STEPS celebrated Halloween, but without the ugly costumes and masks that only scare the little children. While the children enjoyed the meaningful and positive activities that the teachers Ellen and Joyjoy had prepared, Manny and Eveline were teaching the parents the history of Halloween from the Christian perspective and expanded it to teach on the spiritual armor of God.
