Founded in 2006 in Manila and later relocated to Panglao, Bohol, STEPS Mission Inc. is a Christian mission committed to walking alongside people at different stages of life—offering practical help, dignity, and opportunities for lasting change.

Learning together at STEPS preschool
What we do

Education - We provide preschool education for children from underprivileged communities and reading support for elementary students, helping them build confidence and a strong foundation for school and life.
Livelihood Training - Through organic farming, animal husbandry, and handcrafted projects, we equip families with practical skills that support self-sufficiency and sustainable living. Prison Ministry - We serve incarcerated men and women with dignity and care through agriculture training, Bible classes, value formation, counseling, and monthly birthday celebrations—bringing hope and purpose behind bars. Community Outreach - We respond to needs as they arise by providing food assistance and practical support to vulnerable families across Bohol, as well as in Mindanao and Samar. |

STEPS Free Education
STEPS (Specialized Training and Education for Philippine Students) is a preschool program that prepares children for school and involves parents in their learning. Our programs are based in Bohol and Samar.

Our Work in the Prison
Our Prison Ministry reaches incarcerated men and women with dignity, compassion, and restoration. We teach basic agriculture and gardening, supplying seeds, soil, and materials to help supplement their daily food allowance. Alongside practical training, we offer Bible classes, value formation, counseling, and monthly birthday celebrations—reminding each person that their life has worth and purpose.
