At the beginning of February we held a teachers seminar with 3 teachers from Catarman and Tagapul-an in the North of Samar. Samar is one of the poorest islands of the Philippines, which is always hit by typhoons and floods. 2 weeks ago the learning program for 30 preschoolers started in Catarman.
