On July 3 and 4, Manny and Ellen visited Brgy. Carmen in Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao, to help with the launching of the new STEPS program for 30 preschoolers, age 4. It's a joint effort of the local government, WWFM and other organisations/associations. Below a few pictures which, when clicked on, enlarge.
