Manny is teaching many farmers by helping to set up farmer’s associations in several communities on Bohol to train and teach them in the art of organic farming. In one of these places, he met several very interested youth who want to learn how to earn a little money for their school supplies. He is teaching them how to grow their own vegetables and fruits, such as Roselle. From the fruits they make e.g. jam, juice and "puto" (rice pudding) which they can then sell!
